Scope of Work – Landscaping (Clusters 3 & 4):

• Site Preparation & Infrastructure: Land grading, soil improvement, smart irrigation, and advanced drainage systems.

• Hardscape & Softscape Works: Walkways, seating areas, modern lighting, and extensive planting of native trees, shrubs, and turf.
